Floor boards ShchE can be used to provide power to two, three or four apartments, for lighting and power plants public, residential, industrial and administrative, buildings and structures, etc.
The device is intended for use in the following conditions:
Climatic modification UHL, placement category 4 according to GOST 15150-69, altitude 2000 m above sea level, temperature environment from +5°С to +40°С at relative humidity no more than 60% at a temperature of +20°C.
The environment is not explosive and does not contain aggressive vapors and gases in concentrations that destroy metals and insulation, and is not saturated with conductive dust.

Design:
Floor boards ShchE can be manufactured in built-in and wall-mounted versions, and installed permanently in niches on floor platforms.
ShchE building is a welded metal structure, divided by a partition into three compartments (metering, distribution and low-current), in which equipment is installed in accordance with the purpose of the compartments. The metering department is intended for the installation of single-phase or three-phase meters. The distribution panel of the ShchE provides for the placement of automatic switches and devices protective shutdown(RCD). Doors installed on the facade provide access to the distribution board compartments. The metering compartment door is equipped with windows for monitoring meter readings, which are covered with transparent material.
In order to facilitate the installation of equipment and equipment and save time, the mounting panel is removable.

There are two main series of floor panels - the floor switchboard ShchE and the UERM device (floor distribution device, multi-box).

Floor distribution boards (SDBs)

ShchE floor board is intended for reception, accounting and distribution electrical energy. Panels are used in residential, social and small office premises. Voltage work network- 220 volts (50 Hz). Also, the electrical floor panel serves as line protection in case of overloads and short circuits.

The degree of protection of the products corresponds to IP21 (according to GOST 14254-96).

Operation of electrical floor boards of the ShchE series is allowed at an altitude above sea level of no more than 2 km, only at temperatures from minus 5 to plus 40 degrees Celsius. It is not allowed to operate products in explosive environments, as well as in environments containing steam or aggressive gases that can destroy plastic, metals, and insulation.



The floor accounting and distribution board is logically divided into 3 compartments:

Subscriber compartment. This compartment contains devices for protecting input and output lines.
Accounting compartment. This compartment contains an automatic device for disconnecting the stair riser and single-phase meters electricity.
Low-current wiring compartment. This compartment contains devices for the television network and data transmission networks (computer, telephone, radio broadcasting).
The housing for the floor switchboard is made in a niche version, since entry into the switchboard is made without cutting the 380 V main.

UERM - floor distribution board

The UERM switchgear is intended for:

  • for accounting and distribution of electrical energy,
  • protection of lines from overloads and currents short circuit in networks with solidly grounded three-phase neutral AC voltage 380/220V, frequency 50Hz,
  • protection against electric shock from accidental contact with conductive parts of switchboard equipment,
  • preventing fires from electric current caused by ignition of wire insulation due to excessively high leakage currents to ground.

The devices can be used to accommodate telephone, radio broadcasting and television networks and are designed for laying riser wires with a cross-section of up to 95 mm2. The UERM panel can be manufactured for use with systems grounding TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S according to GOST 30331/2 GOST 50571.2
