Apples– 500-700 gr (3-4 apples)

For the test:

  • Butter - 150 gr
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Wheat flour - 200 gr
  • Baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons (can be replaced with baking soda - 0.5 teaspoons, which we quench in any acid - a little sour cream or vinegar)

Sour cream filling:

  • Sour cream - 200 g.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 150-200 g (2 faceted glasses).
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. spoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1.5 spoons, optional

Let's start cooking:

Wash the apples. Warm the oil to room temperature. Sift the flour in advance.

Making the dough:

Melt 150 grams of butter in the microwave or in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.

In the meantime, add 2 cups of flour (200 g) to the container.


Add 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder and mix.

Suitable for breakfast, afternoon tea, or decorate a holiday table! It is prepared very quickly and simply. Its delicious taste will win the love of all your family members! This is apple pie that melts in your mouth!


Ingredients:

  • Flour – 300 g
  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Sugar – 150-200 g
  • Baking powder for dough -10 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
  • Apples – 6 small pieces
  • Cherries - 12 pieces (or cherries, or nuts, or prunes, or dried apricots - to your taste) :)
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

How to make apple pie:

Sift the flour.


Add salt, sugar, baking powder.


Grate the frozen butter on a coarse grater. Dip the butter into the flour. Mix.



Mix the butter with our mixture of flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to form a homogeneous mass.


Add cottage cheese and mix thoroughly with flour and butter so that the pieces of cottage cheese are evenly distributed.
