Description
Zota 9 Smart is a domestically produced electric heating boiler designed for heating residential and industrial premises, as well as for preparing hot water for technical purposes. The main advantage of the unit is its high efficiency - the boiler is able to maintain the set temperature of the air and coolant with extreme accuracy, without spending a lot of energy.
The Smart series has been on the market since 2014 and is one of the most functional in the manufacturer’s range, thanks to its excellent technical equipment and the presence of a whole package of software capabilities. Zota Smart units are created at the plant of the same name in Krasnoyarsk, taking into account domestic operating conditions from reliable and durable materials.
Advantages of the Zota 9 Smart electric boiler
Easy installation. The boiler has an extremely simple design, allowing for easy installation and connection. First, special brackets are attached to the wall, after which the boiler itself is installed on them, then all the necessary sensors. Zota 9 Smart can be installed in utility rooms with temperatures from +1 to +30°C at relative humidity up to 80% and used without constant monitoring. The boiler is connected to a three-phase (380V) or single-phase network (220V).
Convenient operation. All boilers in this series have a special GSM module installed, which allows you to control the operation of the device via a mobile phone. In addition, Zota 9 Smart is equipped with an Internet connection, which makes it possible to control the unit and update software via a computer. The performance of all sensors and main units of the boiler is controlled automatically; if breakdowns or deviations from operating standards occur, the self-diagnosis system will notify you of this with a sound signal and information on the display. The built-in thermostat can operate in weekday or weekend modes, as well as in a programmable weekly cycle. There is weather-dependent regulation.
High level of security. The Zota 9 Smart electric boiler is equipped with a whole range of technical controls that guarantee one of the highest levels of safety in its class. The unit has a built-in power board relay temperature control system, which automatically turns off the boiler if it overheats. In addition, the boiler has several additional degrees of protection: automatic release, coolant level sensor, coolant temperature sensor, overheating sensor, circuit breaker. The Zota 9 Smart control unit is protected from overvoltage and can operate freely in high voltage networks. Also, the unit is equipped with a special “black box” - a device that records all operating statistics.
Efficiency of use. Using the Zota 9 Smart boiler, you can heat rooms of various sizes without unnecessary energy consumption. Block heating elements made from a stainless tube with a diameter of 7.4 mm are used as a heating element. The boiler is completely ready for continuous use in heating systems with operating pressure up to 6 atmospheres. If necessary, boilers of this series can be connected in a cascade manner and their operation can be controlled through a single control module.
The Zota Smart 9 kW electric boiler with a built-in GSM control module is suitable for heating rooms up to 90 m². In terms of equipment, it is a leader among imported analogues.
The electric heating element boiler Zota Smart 9 kW uses as a heating element a block heating element made of a stainless tube with a diameter of 7.4 mm, assembled under a single casing with a control module and a power unit. Used in heating systems with operating pressure up to 6 atmospheres. As a coolant, you can use ordinary purified water, distilled water, as well as non-freezing coolant diluted with water 1:1.
Rated power 9 kW, adjustable power levels: 3 / 6 / 9 kW. Power supply 220/380 Volts, supply cable cross-section (copper) 4x4 (2x10) mm², supply cable cross-section (aluminium) 4x6 (2x16) mm². The coolant temperature adjustment range is from +30 to +90 °C, the room temperature adjustment range is from +5 to +35 °C.
