One of the most popular housing projects on the market of new buildings in the capital and in the Moscow region has become the P-44T series. Houses of this type were actively built both in new areas (Lyublino, Severnoe Butovo, Novokosino, Maryinsky Park), and in places where dilapidated housing stock was demolished in areas of old buildings (Medvedkovo, Lefortovo, Shchukino, Yuzhnoye Chertanovo, etc.). This project will be especially interesting for those who are expecting a new addition to their family. This design was developed for a young family expecting a baby who already has one child. This property has smooth walls, which is very good for the owners of the apartment, since in other houses it’s a completely different story. The floors here are also smooth, with no deviation higher than 2 centimeters.
The balcony was completely redone because the old design froze in the winter, and they decided to insulate it.
Exit to the balcony was made in french style to increase the living space of 55 square meters of an apartment in which it was not possible to expand the premises. Low ceilings did not allow for any special flights of fancy for the designers.

The apartment, located in a P-44 series building, has a large closet with a mezzanine for storing things and shoes.

Part of the window space is placed on the external facade in the form of a trapezoidal or other shaped protrusion, thus increasing the volume of the room. This method is most often used in kitchens. Thanks to bay windows, the room receives additional illumination, increased space, and the facade of the house looks more attractive. The protrusions may be various shapes: rectangular, triangular, polygonal or round. It is possible to use and design a bay window as separate zone, then it is separated from the main room by a bar counter or a visual partition, for example, a screen. A truncated version - a half-bay window - is also deservedly popular.
