Detailed description of the finished mobile bathhouse BS-2
Foundation
Concrete blocks 200x200x400 mm. - 6 pcs.
Strapping and logs
Edged beam 100x150 mm. or 150x150 mm. Logs made of edged timber 40x150 mm. in increments of 600-700 mm.
Walls
Made of timber 100x150 mm. or 150x150 mm., planed profiled timber SHIP-PAZ, for Block House or direct, natural humidity, jute insulation, timber screed with nails. The outer corners of the walls are covered with kiln-drying class B lining. Internal corners and joints of the floor, wall and ceiling are covered with plinth.
Partitions
Frame panels, sheathed on both sides with clapboard class B chamber drying, insulation min. URSA or KNAUF wool thickness 50 mm.
Ceiling
The ceiling is arched, min. URSA or KNAUF wool 50 mm thick., vapor barrier is laid and hemmed with clapboard class B chamber drying. Ceiling height 2.05 m + - 3 cm.
Floor
Double, rough - unedged board 20-22 mm, finishing - floorboard 28 mm. chamber drying tongue and groove, min. URSA or KNAUF wool 50 mm thick. and waterproofing is installed.
Roof
Gable roof, galvanized profiled sheet C 8, sheathing made of unedged boards 20-22 mm, rafters are edged timber 40x100 mm, roof eaves are hemmed with clapboard class B chamber drying. Ridge height 300 mm.
Windows
Wooden, with double glazing and fittings, dimensions 800x800 mm. or 600x600 mm. (imitation double-glazed window).
Doors
a) Entrance - frame covered with clapboard (wooden handle).
b) In the steam room - a frame covered with aspen clapboard (wooden handle).
Steam room
The walls and ceiling are lined with foil and lined with aspen paneling class B, kiln drying. A two-level canopy is made from 28 mm polished aspen boards. A Kamenka stove with a built-in hot water tank of 50 liters is installed, the drain tap is led into the sink. A chimney with a spark arrestor is installed and discharged through the walls (optional outlet into the roof)..
Washing
A metal shower tray 800x800 mm is installed. with a drain outlet to the floor or a floor is made with a slope to the center and a drain ladder is installed (optional).
Wiring
Wiring in PVC cable channel, glass bath lamps in the locker room and washroom, a lamp in a metal frame with a ceramic socket for the steam room, one socket by the window in the locker room, switches, a 10-16 A circuit breaker in a PVC box.

After delivery and installation, ready to use. If necessary, the BS-2 mobile bathhouse can be assembled directly on the Customer’s site. The price for assembling a bathhouse on site is 25,000 rubles. When ordering a bathhouse with assembly on site, materials and workers will be brought to your site to begin work on assembling the bathhouse; the bathhouse will be assembled within 3-5 days.
** The dimensions and arrangement of the main premises of the bathhouse (washing room, steam room and changing room) determine its dimensions and design. Each developer determines this proportion at his own discretion. At the request of the Customer, various changes and additions (dimensions, layout, components) can be made to the standard project with cost adjustments.

Electrical installation includes:
distribution of wires point by point using non-flammable cable VVG NG in a metal cabinet at the rate of no more than 5 points per room. Cable cross-section 3x2.5 per sockets; 3x1.5 for switches; 3x4 power. Customer consumables.The septic tank kit includes:
- Station Topas 5 Ave;
- Laying 2 m.p. sewer pipe DN 110mm;
- Laying the electrical cable VVG 4x1.5 10 running meters. into a HDPE or electric pipe. corrugation;
- Preparing a pit for the Topas AS, followed by sprinkling with sand;
- Drilling a hole in the septic tank for a sewer pipe, soldering a sewer pipe DN 110 mm to the septic tank;
- Connecting the electrical cable in the junction box of the septic tank;
- Installation of compressors, commissioning. Laying a pipe DN 32 mm - 2 running meters. for removing purified water from the septic tank;
The septic tank package does not include:
1. Installation of formwork and material in case of quicksand;2. Water and its delivery;
3. Soil removal;
