In today’s article, I will show you a sample installation report (replacement, acceptance, inspection) of the electric meter that I personally use. I'll go straight to an example.
Just yesterday, at one of the feeders of substation No. 5, we replaced induction meter electrical energy SAZU-IT for electronic multifunctional SET-4TM.03M.01. Now I will not give all the advantages of electronic meters - read about it. Accordingly, after the replacement I needed to draw up a report in two copies.
Here is a sample of a completed meter installation certificate for my example (click on the picture to enlarge):
I will briefly describe how to fill out the fields in the act.
1. Joining
In this column you must indicate the name of the connection (feeder) where the replacement was made. In my case, this is substation No. 5, f.10.
2. Type, serial number, year of manufacture, accuracy class
Here we write the type, serial number, year of manufacture, accuracy class of the removed and installed electricity meters.
Removed active three phase meter electrical energy SAZU-IT induction type, has serial number 186855, manufactured in 1953, accuracy class 2.0.
An electronic multifunctional SET-4TM.03M.01 was installed, serial number 0807113798, manufactured in 2011, accuracy class for active energy - 0.2S, for reactive energy - 0.5. By the way, I recommend that you read my article about, according to the PUE.
3. State verification stamp
In this column of the act we indicate the quarter and year of the last state verification carried out on the removed and installed counter. In my example, the SAZU-IT meter has the stamp of the first quarter of 2011, and the SET-4TM.03M.01 has the stamp of the second quarter of 2013.
4. Indications
We write off the readings of the active (kWh) and reactive (kVarh) energy of the removed and installed electricity meters, and then enter them in the appropriate lines in the act of replacing the electricity meter:
- SAZU-IT - 846.77 (kWh)
- SET-4TM.03M.01 - 0.00 (kW h), 0.00 (kVar h)
5. Calculation coefficient
In my example, the meter is installed through two current transformers TPFM-10 (partial star circuit) with a coefficient of Ktt = 400/5 and a voltage transformer NTMI-10 with a coefficient of Ktn = 10000/100. I talked about this connection scheme in detail in.
Let's calculate the calculated coefficient:
K = Ktt Ktn = 400/5 10000/100 = 80 100 = 8000
This means that the meter readings must be multiplied by a factor of 8000.
For example, in one day your meter has accumulated 6 (kWh). You need to multiply this value by 8000 to get 48000 (kWh). This value is the actual amount that you spent per day.
If you have, then the electric meter reading needs to be multiplied only by the coefficient Ktt (400/5). The coefficient Ktn in this case is equal to one.
6. Unaccounted for energy
We fill in the replacement time period. In my example, this is from 14-00 to 15-20, i.e. unaccounted energy during this period was 0.25 (kWh).
7. Reason for replacement
In this line we write the rationale and indicate the reason for replacing and installing a new meter. Here are some reasons that are common:
- the verification interval (MPI) has expired
- accuracy class does not meet modern standards
- necessity
8. Vector diagram
The vector diagram is taken by the inspector network organization using a voltammeter phase meter (VAF). The received data is entered into the act.
At the end of the act, we indicate that the meter terminals are sealed with a seal (we indicate the number of the seal and the name of the organization that installed the seal).
Simplified act of installing an electric meter
When replacing electric meters, a more simplified act is applied. Here's a sample:
I think that there will be no questions about filling out here. The only thing I will say is that if the meter is being installed for the first time, then you do not need to fill out the “Replaceable meter” column - put a dash in it.
If you have at least III electrical safety group, then you can replace the meter yourself; in this case, enter your full name instead of the name of the organization and attach a copy of the certificate with the electrical safety group. Just make sure that your knowledge test is not overdue. If anyone is interested, you can, which I personally use for preparation.
